Green It Is

Spread the love

We all know that some people walk it, and some people talk it, but at the end of the day, the green stuff always wins. If you have it, you have the freedom to access places that you never thought you could go and do things that you never thought were imaginable. It not only allows you to live the good life, but some studies suggest that the more you have, the less you are sick, stressed, and frustrated. With this green stuff, you are more productive at work as it allows you to access places in your mind that had been blocked as a result of its deficiency and gives you access to more energy to complete all necessary tasks to accomplish your day. Its value is recognized and revered all around the world, as more and more people are understanding its great benefits and making a more conscious effort to not only have plenty of it but to use as much of it as they can.

Spinach is one of the healthiest foods in the world; its deep green color signifies that it deserves a place at the table. This vegetable is low in calories yet high in vitamin A, vitamin K, protein, folic acid, and fiber. It is one of our great superfoods, as it protects the body against heart disease, strokes, and cancer. It protects and strengthens the mind from dementia and is vital for the healthy growth of a fetus.

While most of us spend a great deal of time concentrating on something else that is also green when you get home and begin to count how much you have made today, you may remember that your greatest investment is you. While money is important and allows you to do many things, there is another thing that is green and is just as beneficial to your well-being.
