8 oz. Vaseline or non-petroleum jelly
7 Tbsp cayenne
3 Tbsp ginger powder
1 tsp. Peppermint oil
1 tsp. wintergreen oil
Mix thoroughly in large glass bowl until smooth. Store in a glass container with lid out of the sunshine. Apply topically on area, rubbing the sore area thoroughly until ointment disappears. Do not apply on open sores or irritated skin. Use this ointment stiff muscle, joint pain and increased circulation.
Caution: Make sure you wash your hands completely, before touching your face. Avoid touching eyes.
